Powerhouse Campus School Server

Powerhouse Campus will be hosted inside a school network using an existing server. The Powerhouse Campus website will be deployed onto these servers using a Powerhouse Campus Image. The Powerhouse Campus Image requires that the server has a software package called VMWare Server installed and configured before it is able to run.

Powerhouse Campus Managed on Your School Web Server

The Powerhouse Campus School Server Solution provides your school with the option to install the Powerhouse Campus software on your existing school web server as a virtualised service.

This affordable solution may be an option for schools that have underutilised web servers or an existing virtualised server environment with an IT team with capacity to manage the data back-ups and archives.

The Powerhouse Campus School Server can be installed by a school's IT staff using Microsoft's Hyper-V or VM technology. Please refer to the Powerhouse Campus technical guide for more information.  

The integration of your school data from your school administration or timetabling software is seamless with a wizard to guide your IT staff through the process.

If required, Mediasphere's support partners can complete the initial set-up and school data integration process for your school to ensure that there are no technical issues with the launch of your Powerhouse Campus school intranet.

Mediasphere provides unlimited annual email support of the Powerhouse Campus software. Support is not provided for hardware issues as it is hosted on your own servers.
