Specific Calendars for Each Class

The Class Tools are located on the top of each Class Page. The Class Tools are displayed in the light blue menu bar.

Select the Class Page Calendar and the following screen will be displayed:

Adding Data to Class Calendars

There are a range of ways that teachers can add content to their Class Calendars:

  1. Double click on a specific date and enter data directly
  2. Add a homework item and it will be displayed immediately
  3. Add an event to a single class or select multiple classes

Automated Publishing and Cascading Information

When data is added to a class calendar, the data automatically publishes to the calendars of all students enrolled in the class.The data is also published to the aligned parent calendars.

The information is also presented in a user's central calendar where they can filter information streams
